We are pleased to announce that Snyder Capital’s executive management and investment team has purchased 100% of Snyder Capital from Natixis Global Asset Management.  Many have encouraged us to take this step, and it became a reality January 1st, 2016, thereby aligning our goals, and the goals of our 31 year old firm, even more tightly with those of our valued clients.

Snyder has been owned by Natixis Global Asset Management and its predecessors since 1997. This transaction allows us to return to our roots as an employee-owned asset management firm.  Our commitment, as a 100% employee-owned company, to performing deep research and to our philosophy of investing with a long-term perspective in high-quality, under-appreciated companies, remains unchanged.

We are pleased to announce that Snyder Capital’s executive management and investment team has signed a letter of intent to purchase the firm from Natixis Global Asset Management. We expect the transaction to close later this year.
